This year we have obtained a portable Defibrillator for group usage, The Group Leaders  have attended First Aid, and Walk Leaders Courses

7th Redcar - The Stray

14th Bluebell Beck –Mandale . Park at Salvation Army Trimdon Ave.

21st Ingleby Barwick - Tesco to Ingleby Mill

28th Albert Park – park near Park Vale Road , Near Fire Station.

12th Stewart Park/The Grove – anti-clockwise (shortcut available)

19th Sports Village – James Cook Circular.

JUNE

2nd Preston Park. South – towards Eaglescliffe .

9th Ormesby Hall- walk over A174 bridge. -If Muddy alternative path.???

16th Morrisons Teeside Park – Mandale and A19 or via Thornaby FC

23rd Bluebell Beck – to Low Lane . Park as before at Salvation Army .

Where we have weather checks we will choose a drier walk where there is likely to be less mud !

Please let me have suggestions for alternative local walks .


AQUA

It's still taking place without an instructor . Members are doing their own exercises .

It's up to individuals if they follow the lead given by more experienced members

REMINDER

Start time for members entry to pool area is not before 19.30hrs)



Everyone Active are looking for a new instructor for us but until they find one, we can continue to use the Tuesday evening 8-8.45 session 

for our own personal aqua aerobic activities. We will not be collecting any money from members who attend .

So, feel free to have a splash and maybe start with a visit to the sauna



THE  INSTRUCTORS ARE TRAINED IN ADAPTING SESSIONS

FOR PEOPLE WITH HEALTH CONDITIONS

AND TO SUIT ALL ABILITIES


The Mixed Activity includes a warm up and chair

exercises of all kinds

Mixed games sessions include indoor Curling,

Soft tennis, mini putting (golf),

Frisbee golf, and table tennis

You’ll really feel the benefit after a session

after which you can relax and socialise with a cuppa


TRIPS

In the past we have been on coach trips to Leeds Armoury Museum, Eden Camp, Ellington Air Museum, Bemish,

Sunderland Glass Museum Shildon Rail museum, Hartlepool Historic Quay

and recently to The Sunderland Air Museum to name but A few,
