9th Bluebell Beck –Mandale .  Park at Salvation Army Trimdon Ave.

16th cancelled due to trip

23rd Albert Park – Park near Park Vale Road , Near Fire Station.

30th Black Path(East) – South Bank Station .

May

7th Tees Barrage – Newport Bridge

14th Sports Village – James Cook Circular.

21st Nature’s World - behind Bluebell Hotel

28th Preston Park. South – towards Eaglescliffe .

June

4th Ormesby Hall-walk over A174 bridge.-If Muddy alternative road path.

11th Morrisons Teeside Park – Mandale and A19

18th Bluebell Beck – to Ladgate Lane . Park as before at Salvation Army .

AQUA

It's still taking place without an instructor . Members are doing their own exercises .

It's up to individuals if they follow the lead given by more experienced members

REMINDER

Start time for members entry to pool area is not before 19.30hrs)



Everyone Active are looking for a new instructor for us but until they find one, we can continue to use the Tuesday evening 8-8.45 session f

for our own personal aqua aerobic activities. We will not be collecting any money from members who attend .

So, feel free to have a splash and maybe start with a visit to the sauna






THE  INSTRUCTORS ARE TRAINED IN ADAPTING SESSIONS

FOR PEOPLE WITH HEALTH CONDITIONS

AND TO SUIT ALL ABILITIES










The Mixed Activity includesa warm up and chair exercises of all kinds

Mixed games sessions includeindoor Curling, Soft tennis, mini putting (golf), Frisbee golf, and table tennis

You’ll really feel the benefit after a session after which you can relax and social with a cuppa

In the past we have been on coach trips to Leeds Armoury Museum, Eden Camp, Ellington Air Museum,Bemish,

Sunderland Glass Museum Shildon Rail museum, Hartlepool Historic Quay

and recently to The Last Post to name but A few,
